Tukey, Spinach Feta Burgers

Ingredients
*Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields Feta Cheese, 8 oz Olive Oil, 4 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 small Garlic, 2 clove
Directions
Chop onion and garlic. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet. Sautee onion and garlic. In a med mixing bowl mix cheese, spinach (thawed and drained well) and ground turkey. Add onion and garlic to mixture.

Place more olive oil in the skillet, med-high heat. Make the mixture into patties and cook approximately 7 minutes each side. Serve with wild rice.
