ED's Rosemary Pork Mushrooms with Shallots

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil2 lbs. pork tenderloin, 1/2 inch slices1 cup shallots chopped2 cups mushrooms sliced1 tbsp rosemary2 cans 14 oz diced tomatoes
Directions
4 Servings, 8 oz pork each

Heat oil and brown meat. Slice meat and add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours.
