2 large bannanas250g spelt flour40 g walnuts1 egg100ml water3 tsp baking powder1 tsp mixed spice or cinamon or nutmeg10 muffin cases
mash the bannana, add the water and egg and mix well.
Add the crumbled nuts, spice and flour, mix well.
Divide between 10 muffin cases or 20 mini muffin cases and bake for 20 mins at 180 degrees.
