Celery Radish & Olive Salad

Ingredients
Pepper, black (to taste)1.50 tbsp Olive Oil or other flavorful oil2 tbsp Lemon Juice 1 bunch Celery, raw 1 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives 1 bunch Radishes, sliced 12 Black Olives Large, Reduced Sodium, cut in half
Directions
Remove outer dark green ribs of celery and reserve for another use. Remove leaves and place in the bowl you will use to mix salad. Cut off & discard base of celery heart, then cut rest of bunch into 1/4" slices and add to celery leaves and remaining ingredients. Toss to coat.
