Oatmeal Bread

Ingredients
1 cup Quick oats,0.5 cup flour, set aside 5 cups of flour for later use1/2 cup sugar,1 T salt,2 T Margarine,2 cups boiling water 1 package yeast mixed with 1/2 cup water
Directions
Mix dry ingredients
Pour dry ingredients over 2c Boiling water-stir
Dissolve 1 pkg dry yeast in 1/2 cup warm water
stir in 5 additional cups of flour
knead 5-10 minutes
let stand until double
punch down and rise again
Bake 20 minutes
