Italian chicken soup

Ingredients
l tbsp canola oil2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breastsl large onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, minced3/4 cup bell pepper, chopped28 oz. no salt added diced tomatoes3 cups chicken broth2 tsp Italian seasoning1/2 tsp black pepper.
Directions
makes 6 servings
Heat oil in a skillet. Sautee onions until soft. Add minced garlic & cook 1 minute more. Place sauteed vegetables, green pepper, canned tomatoes, chicken, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning in a slow cooker. Cook 4-6 hours on low. Add black pepper and serve.
