Vegitarian Chili

Ingredients
* Great Northern beans, 3.5 cup (2 cans) * Light Red Kidney Beans, 3.5 cup (2 cans) * Black Beans, 3.5 cup (2 cans) * Red Beans, 3.5 cup (2 cans) * Petite Diced Tomatoes, 3 cup (1 large can) * Chili Seasoning Mix, 1.25 oz (a package) * MorningStar Grillers Recipe Crumbles, 4 cup (1 package) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (I use frozen for no tears)
Directions
Mix together all ingredients and simmer stove-top for 30-45 minutes. OR Throw all ingredients in crockpot and cook on medium for 4 hours.
I add green chilies and other seasonings to give it the extra flavor. I only use one pack of chili seasoning mix because of the sodium and carbs-- if you use traditional seasonings you can skip the carbs.
