Salt Baked Swai

Ingredients
2 lbs frozen Swai1 1/2 tsp sea salt1 1/2 tsp garlic powder1 cup all purpose flour1 cup vegetable oil
Directions
Thaw fish, rinse. Dip in flour. Deep fry for 8 min (4 minutes per side, per fillet). Sprinkle with salt and garlic powder on both sides of each fillet.
