Very yummy! I found that it made 12 good sized portions (probably about 1 to 1 and 1/2 cups each). - 12/3/12

I used bocco instead of hamburger meat, it helped to decrease the calories. My daughter and I froze this in individual servings for a quick grab for lunch. We really enjoy it, good recipe. - 10/16/11

This is just like my Weight Watcher Taco Soup Recipe, except it only calls for 1 can of black beans, not pinto. I this I like the black beans better, but I think next time I make it, I'll increase the # of cans to 4 like this recipe suggests! - 3/22/08

I have made this for years, but I put less meat in mine. I prefer this over chili. - 2/2/08

Just the right amount of spiciness, a comforting, cream texture, and easy-peasy to make. Delicious! - 11/3/07
