Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
one small onion, choppedone medium carrot, chopped3 sticks celery, choppedone butternut squash, choppedquart vegetable or chicken brothsalt, pepper, nutmeg to taste
Directions
Chop and sautee all veggies till brown and beginning to soften. Add broth and simmer till everything is cooked through. Use slotted spoon to remove veggies and blend till smooth. Return to broth and stir. Add salt, pepper, and some nutmeg to finish it off.
