Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Ingredients
6 Boneless Pork Chops (thick cut)1/2 cup honey1/2 cup lemon juice4 tbsp soy sauce4 cloves garlic (minced)
Directions
Preheat oven to 300. In a bowl mix honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Place pork chops in oven safe glass pan. Pour mix evenly over and make sure all chops are covered. Cook for about 45 until done. Serve with remaining sauce for dipping! (This is also great for the grill. Just marinate for about 4-6 hours. Save some of the sauce for basting)
