Mediterranean Pizza

Ingredients
1 whole wheat Boboli pizza crust1/2 cup Pesto sauce1/2 cup shredded part-skim Mozzarella3 tomatoes, sliced
Directions
Spread the pesto over the pizza crust. Sprink mozzarella over the sauce. Place the sliced tomatoes on top. Bake in a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes at 450 degrees.
8 servings. (I typically eat 2 slices, which is 2 "servings" in this recipe)
Note: the pesto can be very oily, so be careful what you have it on when slicing! I use a pizza pan that has holes in the bottom for crisping and it leaks through those holes onto whatever I set the pan on (usually the counter, but sometimes a hot pad...)
