Ground Turkey Stir Fry -Mexican Style

Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)Tomato Sauce, .5 cup (remove)Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp (remove)Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, shredded (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Add oil to a skillet. Add chopped onions, zucchini, and peppers until lightly toasted. Take off heat and move into a temporary dish. Add ground turkey, garlic, and spices. Stir until almost completely well cooked then add cabbage, tomatoes, and zucchinies. Lastly, the tomatoe sauce for color. Can serve as tacos or with salad.
