2 c. OJ2 c. Fresh Spinach leaves1 bag mixed Frozen Berries or3 small bags of Frozen berries like strawberry, blackberry and blueberry.(opt, 1 c. plain yogurt)
Directions
Put all ingredients in Blender and Blend. If you like to add protein add plain yogurt.
