Chicken w/ Red Peppers

Ingredients
4, 5 oz Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts1 can crushed tomatoes1 large red pepper, diced1/2 cup diced onion2 Cloves of Garlic, crushed1 Tbs Italian seasoning
Directions
Pour crushed tomatoes into 4 qt crock pot. Add diced red pepper, diced onion and crushed garlic. Add Italian Seasoning and stir to mix. Push Chicken into sauce.

*note, I did not add salt or pepper, you can add this to taste at the table.

Cook on high for 1 hour, then reduce to low for 3 hours or until chicken is cooked through.

Serve over rice or noodles.

Serving size is 1 breast and about 3/4 cup sauce.
