Ingredients
3 tbsp olive oilFlour, About 2 tbs1 cup coconut milkSalt to tastePepper to taste
Directions
Add olive oil to a frying pan or pot.
On medium heat add the flour and fry it for 3 minutes.
Add the coconut milk and mix.
Cook for 10 minutes or until the gravy is the desired consistency.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Tried this one tonight. Coconut milk was all we had in the fridge and i wanted a nice creamy sauce for a rice dish. This is a wonderful base gravy that you can season to taste as you wish.
