California Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
1/4 cup diced sun dried tomatoes1/4 cup diced marinated artichoke hearts1/4 cup diced onions1 cup feta, crumbled1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach3 cups diced mixed chicken8 low carb tortilla wraps
Directions
Preheat oven broiler. Spray a skillet or wok with vegetable oil or olive oil. Cook onions on medium heat until translucent. Add spinach, tomatoes, and artichoke hearts. Cook until spinach thaws, and add chicken. Cook until everything is warm. (About 10 minutes). Turn off burner and add feta crumbles. Mix and set aside.

Heat wraps lightly; make sure not to overcook. They need to stay soft. Place about three or four tablespoons of chicken mixture into the middle of each one. Fold/wrap so that all mixture is covered. (Like a burrito.) Place on cookie sheet, folded side down. Place under broiler, and cook until lightly brown. Turn over, and do the same.
