Breakfast sandwich

Ingredients
4 Nature's Own 100 calorie english muffins 1 cup southwestrn Egg Beaters 4 Jimmy Dean turkey sausage patties2 tbls chicken broth
Directions
This is easy! In a medium non stick sckillet, heat up 2 servings turkey sausage (4 patties) for 3 minutes each side, put to the side. Pour a little chicken broth inb the bottom of the same skillet and pour in 1 cup SW Egg Beaters. Cook a few minutes till done. As the eggs near completion, separate into 4 equal circles and remove the skillet from the heat. Place the 4 patties on top of the eggs. Toast the 4 english muffins and place the egg and sausage on each one. Makes 4 large sandwiches. I put each in an individual freezer bags. I place 1 in the freg for the next morning and freeze the remaining 3 for a quick breakfast on the run or a great snack for the kids. It tastes so good, they will never know it is only 190 calories!
