Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients
1/3 Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style20 oz. Chicken Breast, no skin (4x5 oz)1/4 CParmesan Cheese shredded1/4 tsp black pepper2 cloves Garlic1.5 T Olive Oil
Directions
Put Oil and Garlic in a small plate, heat in microwave until warm and pungent. In large plate or shallow bowl mix cheese, crumbs and black pepper.
Dip chicken in oil, shake off excess oil, dip in cheese mixture and place on baking dish. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
