1.25 lbs lean ground beef1 c. chopped onion2 cans diced tomatoes, with juice1.5 tsp chili powder1.5 tsp salt1 tsp worcestershire sauce3/4 c. raw rice
Brown the beef with the onion in a large skillet. Drain fat. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and simmer 30-35 minutes. Yields 4-6 servings.
