Green Eggs and Ham

Ingredients
-Extra light Olive Oil, 1/2 tsp.-Zucchini, 1/2 cup grated-Boar's Head Low Sodium Ham, 1-1 ounce slice broken or cut into small pieces- Large eggs, 2
Directions
Spread or spray non-stick skillet with olive oil. Over medium flame add grated zucchini and ham. Saute until zucchini is tender. Crack eggs over zucchini mixture and stir with a wooden spoon or spatula, scrambling the egg as it cooks. Continue to stir and flip until cooked to your preference.
