Ingredients
*Bisquick Healthy Heart 1C dry mix, 1 cup Yellow Cornmeal, 1 - 2 TBSPMilk, 2%, 2/3 CEgg, 1Blueberries, fresh, 3/4 C
Directions
Mix dry ingredients with milk & egg. Fold in Blueberries, cook on hot greased griddle until lightly browned both sides, makes 8 pancakes.
