Ingredients
(FYI - sodium count is way off if you make home made mashed potatoes.... WAY off)about a half pound of ground beef - the leaner the better1 can of campbells condensed vegetable soup a squirt or two of ketchup some mashed potatoes of any sort (instant or otherwise)
Directions
makes about one serving, depending on your hunger level (as a young active male, i could be severly off in the "serving size" department - for which i apologize).

if you're making the mashed potatoes from real potatoes, start them first. if they're instant, god help your sodium intake... but you can wait til the end to do them cause they're, well, instant.

1. Fry up the lean ground beef til browned through on med-high heat, keep covered to hold back some moisture.

2. add can of vegetable soup and ketchup. continue cooking til warm through. (should be a bit moist still - roughly the consistance of ice cream).

3. put mashed potatoes on plate.

4. put stew mix on mashed potatoes.

5. enjoy a delicious, east meal... it's CAMP STEW! (named as it's very VERY easy to make when camping ;) )
