Turkey Zuccini Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms

Ingredients
8 Portabella Mushrooms - Brushed Off and De-Caped10 ounces 93% ground turkey1 can diced tomatoes4 cups chopped zucchini1 cup reduced fat 4 Cheese Italian blend1 diced onion3 cloves of garlicnon-stick spraysalt to taste
Directions
Pre-Heat Oven to 350
Saute garlic, onion, zucchini and turkey in a non-stick sprayed frying pan. Add tomatoes. Taste and salt. Arrange mushroom caps on non-stick sprayed baking sheet gill side up. Divide the mixture between 8 mushrooms. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for about 20-30 minute.
