Dr Oz Green Vegetable Drink

Ingredients
2 c. spinach2 c. chopped cucumbers1 head celery1/2 " gingerroot1 bunch parsley2 apples choppedjuice of 1 lime and 1/2 lemon1 c. water
Directions
In a blender, combine 2 c. spinach, 2 c. chopped cucumbers, 1 head celery, 1/2 " gingerroot, 1 bunch parsley, 2 apples chopped, juice of 1 lime and 1/2 lemon. 1 c. water
Puree 30 sec. or until smooth. If you have a low speed blender, chop the vegetables very fine before blending. You can also use a juicer if you don't want the pulp, but I prefer it with the pulp in. Makes 4 servings
