Robin's Cottage Cheese and Tuna salad

Ingredients
3/4 cup cottage cheese1 can tuna1 scallion - chopped1/4 to 1/2 cup Green pepper, chopped 1/4 to 1/2 cup celery, chopped1 small tomato or plum tomato -choppedS&P to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, serve on top of mix green salad (with or without dressing - I like just a tsp or so of vinegar and oil dressing on the salad.

Recipe can easily be doubled by using full carton of cottage cheese and 2 cans of tuna.
