Chicken Tortilla Casserole

Ingredients
Beans, black, 1 cup (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)Corn Tortillas, 16 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) (remove)*Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 1 cup (remove)Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup (remove)*Green Chili Peppers, canned, .5 cup (remove)Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Flour, white, .25 cup (remove)packet taco seasoning
Directions
Boil chicken, onions, red pepper and taco seasoning in 3.5c water till chicken is done. Remove chicken and finely chop or shred. Add flour to .5 cup water and whisk, slowly add to broth. Add chicken and green chiles, bring to boil and simmer til thickened. Spray tortillas with cooking spray and fry til browned, layer with chicken stuff and cheese, alternating like a lasagne. Bake at 350 for 30 mins uncovered.
