black urad dal; whole mung bean, toor dal, channa dal, rice, ginger, red chillies and salt. oil to make the pancakes.
soak the mung bean and black urad in hot water for 4-5 hours. soak the toor dal and channa dals separately and the rice separately.
grind it in a blender with the ginger, chillies and salt.
once done, put it in containers and in the fridge.
use in batches, as this will make a ton of batter. or just reduce the quantities accordingly.
heat a pan, pour like pancake and spread a little.
you can add onions/jalapenos for more tasty pancakes.
