Vegetarian Steak Salad

Ingredients
2 Large Portabella Mushrooms1 Large Tomatoe1 Stalk of Romaine LettuceCooking SpraySalt n Pepper To taste
Directions
Slice your portabella mushrooms into long slices (easiest to be grilled) Prep your pan (or grill) with cooking spray and once it heats up to medium temp start sauteing your mushrooms untill they become soft. Then place them to the side.
Slice your Tomatoes and tear your lettuce into bite sizes peices.
Mix all ingredents together.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Makes 4 1 cup servings
Dressing can be added but me personaly feel that the salad is flavorful enough on its own.
