Cheesey veggie rice

Ingredients
2 T canola1 med onion chopped5 med carrots chopped2 c. frozen corn1 c. uncooked rice2 c. water1 2/3 c. shredded chedder cheese
Directions
Put canola oil in sauce pan
put in onions till clear
add in rice till white
add 2c. water
boil then set aside
boil carrots till tender
add in corn
dump rice and veggies in 9 X 13 pan
add cheese and season how you like
and mix
stick in oven at 400
till cheese melted
