Simple Chicken Curry

Ingredients
4 ounces of chicken breast, cut up or sliced1/4 cup chicken broth (made with bouillon cube or granules and water)at least 1 teaspoon of curry powder1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1-1/2 teaspoons dried minced onion
Directions
(I make up a cup of chicken broth first with 1 cup of boiling water and a bouillon cube.)

Put 1/4 cup of the chicken broth in a sauce pan. Add the curry powder, garlic, and dried onion. Stir in the chicken and cook until chicken is done and the broth is reduces somewhat.

Serve the curry over sliced onions, sauted in chicken bouillon and curry powder. (onions not included in the nutritional information.

Note: If in P3 you can drain the chicken and add 1/2 cup of sour cream and more curry powder if you think it needs it. Sour cream is not included in the nutritional information.
