Shredded Italian Beef

Ingredients
4lb. chuck roast2 C. beef broth1pk. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix8oz. pepperoncini with juice
Directions
Mix dressing mix with broth and peppers. Pour into heavy pan or deep casserole dish.
Bake covered at 275 degrees 5-6 hours until fork tender.
Remove meat with slotted spoon and shred with 2 forks.
Drain off as much fat from the juice as possible.
Chop peppers into fine pieces.
Return meat, juice and peppers to cooking vessel.
Serve on toasted sandwich buns. Top with shredded swiss cheese if desired.
