Tofu Spaghetti Alfredo

Ingredients

1 8-oz bag Hous Tofu shirataki noodles1 wedge Laughing Cow light original swiss flavor1 oz fat-free cream cheese2 TBSP plain Greek yogurt
Drain and rinse noodles
Dry noodles by blotting in paper towel very very well (I dry mine, then wrap in paper towel and leave in refrigerator to use the next day)
Warm noodles 1 minute in microwave - then dry excess liquid again with paper towel (the more liquid you can remove, the better)
Soften cheeses together in microwave
Stir in yogurt
Mix sauce with noodles
Season with salt & pepper (I like to us a little garlic and onion salt for additional flavor)
