Muffin tin or loaf pan if doubling recipie1/2 cup chopped onion3 tbs bread crumbs1 tbs chopped fresh parsley1 tsp worcestershire sauce1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp dried oregano1/8 tsp ground black pepper8 oz ground turkey breast (99% FF)1 large egg white3 tbs low sodium ketchup,divided1/4 tsp tabasco
**This recipie yields 3 servings, feed six by doubling the ingredients and shaping the mixture into one 8 by 4 inch loaf. Bake time may increase to about 45 to 50 minutes, internal temp: 165.
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. heat a small skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add onion to pan; saute 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from heat; cool slightly
3. Combine onion, breadcrumbs, and next 7 ingredients (thru egg white) in a large bowl. Stir in 2 tbs ketchup.
4. Spoon about 1/2 cup meat mixture into each of 3 muffin cups coated with cooking spray; place tin on baking sheet.
5. Combining remaining ketchup and tabasco in a small bowl. brush mixture over meat loaf tops.
6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165.
