Nicole's Crockpot Green Chile Stew

Ingredients
1 tub Bueno HOT chopped green chile (frozen)1 lb stew meat1 15-oz can pinto beans1 lb yukon gold potatoes, diced1 medium white onion, chopped6 cloves garlic, pressed (can add more to taste)3 cubes beef boullion8 c water
Directions
Pour water into large crockpot. Add beef boullion cubes. Set to high.
Dice potatoes, chop onion, and press garlic.
Add all ingredients to crockpot.
Cook on high for 6 hours.
**Continue cooking in crockpot for 24 hours to reduce water and create a heartier, more flavorful stew**
