Vegan Garlic - Cream Sauce

Ingredients
5 oz lowfat silken tofu 2 cloves garlic, minced1 tbsp Becel RSF margarine2 tbsp Galaxy vegan grated topping, parmesan flavour1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk 1 tsp salt1/2 tbsp pepper
Directions
Blend all until smooth and pour into a saucepan. Place over low heat.
Add cooked, hot noodles (and cauliflower / broccoli - my favourite!) and toss well.
