Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 6 cup, shreddedParsley, 1/4 cup Onions, raw, 4 tbsp chopped Mustard, about 1 TbspYogurt, plain, fat free*Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light, 8 tbsp about 1 T Splendaa splash of red wine vinegarSalt, pepper, celery salt, spike, whatever to taste
Directions
Shred cabbage and onions. Chop parsley and mix in a bowl. In another small bowl combine yogurt, mayo, mustard, vinegar, splenda and seasonings.

Toss dressing with cabbage mixture and eat.
