5 cloves garlic - minced1 large egg1 tbsp dried rosemary1 tsp sea salt.5 tbsp cracked black pepper1/3 cup glutino gluten free breadcrumbs1/2 pound of ground New Zealand lamb1/2 pound lean ground pork
Makes 8 servings of 2 meatballs per each serving. Mix ingredients well; shape into meatballs. Bake in 375 degree Fahrenheit oven on a parchment paper covered baking dish.
