Ingredients
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 6 tbsp Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tspInstant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 3 cup, dry, yields Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup Baking Powder, 1.50 tsp Brown Sugar, 0.75 cup, packed imitation vanilla flavoring, 1.50 tsp Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla, 8 oz
Directions
Grease 1 1/2 quart baking dish and drop in eggs whites beat well. Add brown sugar, baking powder, vanilla, nutmeg or cinnamon, and salt. Mix well, no lumps. Whisk in applesauce and milk, then add oats. Stir well. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35-45 min, or until set in the middle Serves 8
