Tomato Pie

Ingredients
4 tomatoes (peeled and sliced thinly)1 large Vidalia Onion sliced and slightly sauteed2 cups of Italian 6 blend shredded cheese1 cup of diced ham1 deep dish frozen pie crustbasil and/or italian seasoning1/2 cup of mayonnaise
Directions
Cook pie crust until lightly browned
peel and slice tomatoes
slice onion and sautee until soft
mix 1 cup of cheese with 1/2 cup of mayonnaise

In the pie crust layer as follows: tomatoes, onions, ham, and cup of cheese, tomatoes, onions, ham and top with cheese mixture

Sprinkling basil and/or italian seasoning blend between layers and on top of pie

Bake for 30 minutes.
