Rice Pudding Pancakes

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups Brown Rice4 eggs1tsp cinnamon6 Tbsp Sugar1/2 cup whole wheat flour2 Tbsp milkRaisins (opt)
Directions
Mix rice and eggs in blender until smooth. Pour into separate bowl and add other ingredients. Add raisins if desired.
Heat a pan or skillet and lightly grease with cooking spray. Cook like regular pancakes.
Serve with applesauce or butter or syrup. Or whatever you like on pancakes! Enjoy!
