Coco Loco Chicken Strips

Ingredients
8 boneless, skinless, chicken tenderloins1 cup coconut 3/4 cup flour 1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp garlic powder1 can Coco Loco creme of coconut
Directions
Thaw chicken and marinate in Creme of Coconut, preferably overnight.

Mix together coconut, flour, salt and galic powder in dish.

Remove chciken strips from marinate and shake off excess, discard marinate. Coat strips with coconut mixture.

Place on baking sheet, sprayed lightly with cooking spray.

Bake at 400 for 20 - 25 minutes or until brown and cooked through.
