Slow cooker lasagna with ground pork

1/2 lb ground pork4 cloves garlic, minced0.5 cup onion, chopped2 cups hunts pasta sauce3/4 cup water2 cups nonfat cottage cheese, undrained1-10 oz package spinach frozen, drained2 tbsp fresh basil0.25 cups mozzarella cheese6 lasagna noodles0.25 cups parmigiano regiano cheese
Cook ground pork with onion and garlic. Combine with pasta sauce and water. Combine cottage cheese, mozzarella, spinach and basil. Layer in the following order: pasta sauce mixture, 3 lasagna noodles (broken up), cheese mixture, pasta sauce mixture, noodles, cheese mixture. Repeat a total of 3 times ending with cheese. Top with parmigiano reggiano cheese. Cook on low approximately 3 hours, until noodles are tender. Remove slow cooker from liner, let stand 20 minutes to allow lasagna to set. Makes 6 servings.
