Shelly's Ham Bone Soup

Ingredients
One ham bone with 4 onunces of meat left on bone2 medium carrots diced2 celery stalks, diced1 green bell pepper, diced4 medium potatos, diced2 bay leafs1 clove garlic, pressed1 14.5 oz can of kidney beans1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoessix cups of water2 chicken boullion cubes
Directions
Throw all of the ingredients in a crock pot and let it simmer all day - 6 to 8 hours till the ham falls off the bone and the potato is soft.

Makes approximately 10 - 1 cup servings
