Banana Nut Muffins

2 cups whole wheat flour1/4 cup ground flax seeds1/4 cup granulated sugar2 scoops protein powder1 tablespoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup 1 % milk1 large egg5 tblsp olive oil (cause I was all out of vegetable oil!)1/2 cup cinnamon applesauce2 small bananas mashed1/2 cup chopped pecans
Combine all the dry ingredients and mix. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and begin adding the liquid ingredients. Add the bananas and nuts last. Mix well and pour into 12 prepared muffin cups. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 400.
