Chuck's Basic BBQ Sauce

2 cups cider vinegar 2/3 cup ketchup 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 Tbsp hot sauce 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1 Tbsp worchestershire sauce 2 Tbsp country crock + calcium1 tsp red pepper flakes 1 tsp dry mustard 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Cook for 30 minutes over medium low heat. Allow to cool before using
