Twice Baked potato

Ingredients
1/2 Baked potato1/4 small onion, chopped1/2 Tbsp olive oil1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese3 slices turkey breast shredded (Oscar Meyer)Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Scoop out center of potato and place in a small mixing bowl. Saute onion until translucent. Add to potato with cheese, turkey, salt and pepper. mix and place back into the potato skin. Bake 30 minutes @ 350 degrees until warm throughout.
