1/2 C Cottage Cheese 1%1/2 C Non-fat Milk1/4 C Banana about 1/2 of a small banana)1 Tblsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder1/2 tsp Vanilla1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon2 tsp Powder Fiber Supplement2 Packets Truvia Sweetener1 Tiny pinch of Ground Cayenne Pepper6 Cubes Ice
Directions
In a food processor or blender, mix the cottage cheese, and milk. After it's mixed, add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Poor into martini glasses and serve
