Chicken Tortilla Casserole

Ingredients
1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1- 8oz container reduced fat sour cream1/2 cup water1 can rotel, drained1 packet taco seasoning2 boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded8 corn tortillas, torn into bite size pieces1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or mexican cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Spray a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl mix soup, rotel, sour cream, and taco seasoning until well blended. Stir in chicken and 1 cup of cheese. spoon mixture into baking dish. Top with bite sized tortilla pieces. Cover with foil andf bake for 40 min. Uncoverand sprinkle with remaining cheese. Place back in the oven for 5-10 min. or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before eating. Serves 8.

High altitude heat oven to around 375.
