Ingredients
turkey, kidney and garbanzo beans, onions and garlic, seasonings to taste, diced tomatoes and tomato paste, frozen corn and frozen french cut green beans
Directions
Makes approx. 12, 1 cup servings. I sometimes add tomato sauce or paste to give it more tomato flavor. You can also add a packet of taco mix for more of a kick.
